Honestly, Eugene and the staff are amazing. The best way by far to lock in short-term cost effective housing. Airbnb is significantly more expensive for way less. I’ve lived with them in 3 apartments, and each has been a great experience.

I had a great living experience. Settleliving rooms comes furnished, so you don't have to worry about that. Just make sure to bring your personal belongings to make it feel like home. I have an amazing experience in living in the apartment for 3 years. It's also a positive point that the owner was attentive to the apartment maintenance. Having well-screened roommates is another significant advantage as it contributes to a peaceful and harmonious living environment. The apartment has a convenient access to subways and amenities like gyms, banks, and grocery stores open 24 hours is definitely a plus. It's always nice to have everything you need within reach.
It was indeed a settled living.

I love how the room come furnished once I arrived. My room at Roger Ave was nice and sunny with a gigantic window and entry/exit to rooftop that would be perfect for summer or autumn weather. Sadly i only stay short-term during winter. But if you have the chance, definitely check out that room !!! High recommend

I am an actress with busy schedule and I needed to rent the room in affordable and clean place that was close to Manhattan, so I could commute for auditions. I lived in two different apartments offered by SettleLiving in Brooklyn area, as I changed locations from one neighborhood to another. Both apartments were in great condition, with good quality interior design and amenities. Cleaning situation was taken into consideration by the management which I liked. They were in full support to maintain the apartment clean and help tenants bring in cleaning service if needed. The landlord was very attentive about communicating with tenants regarding apartment related requests. I would consider going back to this company if I’ll need to rent the room in the city again.

I signed a yearlong lease with SettleLiving while under contract here in NY and I have to say it is one of the most pleasant renting experiences I have ever had! The apartment is the best, it's a colorful building. The room is good enough space and has a TV you can use and there is a chair and a desk for you to use. The amenities in the building are Laundry, Gym, Game/Lounge Room, Mail/Package Room that is only for tenants to use. Also the key is digital through the Carson App at first then switched to Key Fob and it's so convenient to use. I would highly recommend this. If you're someone who wants today in like a quiet, pretty chill place, this is for you. Go for it. Rent here! I would definitely come back here. The neighborhood is okay and its near the J and Z train.

I would totally recommend staying in one of those apartments. I needed a place to stay last minute and Eugene helped me to find one fully furnished and with great roomies. I got really lucky since we had an AC in each room. The communication was also good. I recommended SettleLiving to a friend, because she was in a similar situation like me and she ended up staying in one of the apartments not to far from me, which made us really happy.

I had an overall great experience.
A friend of mine lived in one of Eugene‘s apartments and recommended him to me.
I‘m very happy I contacted him because the flat and especially the room I ended up staying in were great and should I ever be looking for a place to stay in New York again Eugene would be the first person I would contact.
The only possibility for improvement would be air conditioning. We didn’t have an AC but we had a washing machine and dryer, which is very rare in New York.

I reached out to Eugene, and he had a room in a 4 bedroom apartment located in Crown Heights. It was a decent spot for a temporary sublet. I leased the room until my girlfriend’s lease ended, however, I would have stayed longer if I could because the location was great!
